Our aim is to preserve the uniqueness of the regional food tradition and to reflect the Ottoman way of life. We only use fresh and locally produced ingredients. We attampt to offer our dinning guests an special culinary experience. Our trained staff provide you with the ability to explain clearly and concisely where the products comes from to how the meal is prepared. Our Sommelier will be pleased to recommend a glass or bottle of wine out of our varied selection, to complete your meal.
The breakfast consists a classic Turkish breakfast, homemade jams, Free-range eggs, Cheese produced by local farmers,
Honey from the surrounding apiaries, vegetables and salads from organic farming, olives from pesticide-free olive groves and
fresh delicacies which are daily created from our hotel-bakeryand brought to the buffet.
The philosophy is back to the roots of the old Ottomans and their way of eating. Traditional turkish breakfast gives you a healthy start into the day. You looking for something else, we are prepared to serve you also Serpme Kahvalti ( Farmer breakfast), on request with an extra fee.
Our breakfast chef will be happy to prepare your desired egg dish on request. Special requests can be addressed to the kitchen at any time.
We offer our hotel and daily guests at the poolside snacks ,not only at lunchtime. The Bloom Bar Bistro offers a Snack Menue and our pizzaiolo create you PİDE, LAHMCUN, PİZZA and a lot more all out of our wood- fired oven.
